Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Evening Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening shift nursing team. This role is ideal for nurses who value consistent hours, teamwork, and meaningful resident care in a supportive, home-like environment.

Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Scheduling: Flexible and supportive
Status: Full-Time or Part-Time available
Position Overview
The RN/LPN provides direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, and facility policies. Nurses play a key leadership role on the unit by overseeing care delivery, administering medications and treatments, assessing resident needs, and supporting nursing assistants to ensure the highest quality of care.
This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a compassionate approach to resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Perform resident assessments and monitor for changes in condition
Accurately document nursing care and observations
Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies
Supervise and support CNAs and CMAs during the shift
Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
Uphold resident rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
Maintain a calm, respectful, and supportive care environment
Qualifications
Current RN or LPN license (state approved and in good standing)
Strong clinical and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
