The City of Holdrege is accepting applications for the position of Landfill Equipment Operator. Applicants must be at least eighteen years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States and have a current driver’s license. Other desired qualifications include experience operating heavy equipment and knowledge of landfill compaction techniques. A principled character and aptitude for maintaining productive working relationships with coworkers are essential.
This position includes a 40-hour workweek with the possibility of overtime on weekends and a salary of $22.74 to $31.85 per hour, commensurate with experience.
