Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and fashionable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Stylist/Boutique Associate. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working in a boutique setting, and has a knack for social media and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with styling advice, answering questions, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
• Sales: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle cash responsibly.
• Social Media Management: Help create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote the boutique, including styling tips, new arrivals, and sales.
• Product Management: Assist with adding new products to our website, ensuring descriptions, photos, and prices are accurate.
• Inventory: Participate in inventory management, including counting and organizing stock, and assisting with reordering when needed.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing, including arranging displays and merchandising.
• Learning and Growth: Be open to learning new skills and taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

• Fashion-Forward: Must have a strong sense of style and the ability to offer styling advice to customers.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with using social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook, and comfortable adding products to a website.
• Customer-Oriented: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to make customers feel welcome and valued.
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to handle cash, operate a register, and maintain accurate records.
• Adaptable: Willingness to learn and take on new tasks, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, both in-person and online.

• Previous retail or boutique experience is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and website management is beneficial.

• Part-time hours 2-3 days a week with flexibility required for occasional weekend or evening shifts. (evenings would only be if there is a private party)
