Public Relations & Foundation Director

Holdrege Memorial Homes is seeking a dynamic Public Relations & Foundation Director to join our leadership team. This is a full-time position (30 hours per week, daytime schedule) with salary based on experience.

As a senior-level administrative role, this position is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the organization’s public relations and marketing strategies. In addition, the director oversees the HMH Foundation, managing fundraising initiatives, endowment growth, and planned or deferred giving programs to support our mission.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A thorough knowledge of effective communication, marketing, public relations, advertising, and policy development.

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required).

  • Preferred education and/or experience in business, public relations, journalism, or marketing.

  • Helpful experience in grant writing, fund development, website design, and social media strategy.

This role requires a creative, organized, and mission-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for connecting with the community.
