Equipment Operator

The City of Holdrege is accepting applications for the position of Street Department Equipment Operator. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Desired qualifications include training or experience operating heavy equipment and a general knowledge of concrete road construction. Applicants should enjoy working on a variety of job assignments outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions. A principled character and an aptitude for maintaining productive working relationships with co-workers are essential. 
This position includes a 40-hour workweek and an hourly wage range of $22.29 to $31.22, depending on experience and qualifications, with the possibility of overtime on nights, weekends, and during snow removal.
