Holdrege Area Public Library Temporarily Closes Community and Conference Rooms Due to Administrative Office Relocation
The Holdrege Area Public Library Board of Trustees wishes to inform the public that the library's community and conference rooms will be temporarily unavailable until further notice. This decision has been made to accommodate the relocation of administrative offices while we work to address an environmental concern in the affected area.
A persistent odor in the administrative offices has led to staff experiencing illnesses, prompting a temporary relocation of personnel to alternative spaces within the library. The Library Director, in collaboration with the Library Board and City of Holdrege, has been diligently working to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We appreciate the community's patience and understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our staff while maintaining essential library services. Regular updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
