The Phelps Memorial Health Center Service League announces its annual Tour of Homes, scheduled for Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Explore five beautifully decorated local homes!
Featured homes on this year's tour include:

- Julie Billeter - 1308 Hancock St.
- Julie Maaske - 701 Grant St.
- Betty Sayers - 722 East Ave.
Guests may visit the homes in any order during tour hours. Enjoy coffee and cookies at the Phelps Memorial Terrace Café, located at 1215 Tibbals Street, where visitors can warm up and socialize between home visits. You may also purchase raffles tickets for the Service League's raffle baskets!!
