The Phelps County 4-H Council will host the Kids Fest. Everyone is welcome to enjoy this family friendly event. For a small entrance fee, you get a walking taco, popcorn, cotton candy, play games for prizes, and enjoy a petting zoo. Bingo is only twenty-five cents per card! Discount at the door if you bring a canned food item. All food will go to the Phelps Area Food Pantry and Little Free Food Pantry.
